I take DIM, it is good to eliminate bad estrogen and balance progesterone... I’m terrified of HRT due to the rise of breast cancer rates, Specifically HER2 (which is what mom had). I try to do as much natural stuff as I can. I feel like I’m just starting peri my would get sore something awful weird cycles after being 28 days to the day since 12, and when I started taking it I went back to normal. My gyno uses it too.
